A 25% advance payment is required for the confirmation of bookings (or the entire settlement according to the chosen booking option). Payments must be made within three days by bank transfer; you are kindly requested to send us a copy of the bank draft.
Failure to receive the payment within 72 hours will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking request and the property will be made available for other bookings.
The balance must be paid 65 days prior to the arrival date (depending on the selected rate).
The city tax, €2.00 per person per day, is due upon arrival.
The security deposit must also be paid upon arrival and will be refunded 24 hours after checkout.
